Proceeding contribution from Earl Ferrers (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 11 July 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Equality Bill (HL).
Equality Bill [HL]

According to the noble Lord, Lord Lester of Herne Hill, the level is the same, as he said that this amendment is not necessary because the amendment already covers my noble friend’s wording.
