Proceeding contribution from Lord Clinton-Davis (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 19 July 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Fraud Bill [HL].
Fraud Bill [HL]
As I understand the position, it is qualified by the word ““dishonesty””. The example that has been cited is to be adjudged by the word dishonesty, which has been woefully missing from the noble and learned Lord’s contribution.
