Proceeding contribution from Lord Davies of Oldham (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 19 July 2005. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Railways Act 1993 (Determination of Turnover) Order 2005.
Railways Act 1993 (Determination of Turnover) Order 2005
That is part of the railway business, so the answer is that they are included. My noble friend is in a good position to make the comment that he has made. They are substantial costs, which are included. On the basis that on those questions that I have not answered I will gladly write to noble Lords, I hope that it will be recognised that the order deserves support. I commend it to the Committee. On Question, Motion agreed to.
