Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2005
rose to move, That the Grand Committee do report to the House that it has considered the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2005. The noble Lord said: With the permission of the Committee, I beg to move that the three draft orders laid before the House on 7 June be approved. I would like to take those orders together, if possible.
