I gather that they were dealt with by the Scotland Office Minister. The discussion is in Hansard. As I said, I will be very happy to pass it on to the noble Duke. As regards the question on whether there a need for increased equipment to support the order. The answer is, ““No, there is not””. In respect of firefighting at sea, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency will provide funding for equipment. The Health and Safety Executive will be responsible for enforcing fire safety in nuclear installations. On Question, Motion agreed to.
