Proceeding contribution from Hazel Blears (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 13 October 2005. It occurred during Legislative debate on Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism.
Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism
Five appeals were initially made to the Home Secretary, who dismissed them all. Three appeals went forward to the tribunal, where they were withdrawn without being heard. I am not prepared to go into any detail about those organisations. I commend the order to the House and hope that hon. Members will support it this afternoon.
