Proceeding contribution from David TC Davies (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 17 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Transport (Wales) Bill.
Transport (Wales) Bill
In that case, Madam Deputy Speaker, this is probably not the moment for me to plead with the Minister to examine what is happening on the A449, but I hope to be able to do so on a future occasion. I shall end by saying that we need an integrated transport strategy, but if we do not have a transport strategy that is safe, it will not be worth a torn-up bus ticket.
