Proceeding contribution from Baroness Byford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 25 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commons Bill [HL].
Commons Bill [HL]
The Minister has kindly suggested that he wants to consider the discussions that we have had this afternoon. That is very helpful to the Committee. Under the circumstances, would it not then be sensible that we do not approve Clause 9 at this stage but bring it back on Report?
