That is right. There were others. I listened to what the noble Baroness said about the rights to cut peat. The Minister has just been handed a note, which I hope explains whether the rights are currently registered. My impression—my memory—is that the government of the day resisted that. A few moments ago, the Minister talked about the shortcomings of the Commons Registration Act 1965, because it did not go so far as it might have done. All I can say is, ““If only they’d listened to some of us at the time””.
