Terrorism Bill
That precise risk, which the right hon. and learned Gentleman rightly identifies, will be taken into account by the courts when they come to consider any particular charges. The circumstances under which such risks might arise will also be taken into account by the judge who considers the police application for holding a person for a longer period of time.
