Proceeding contribution from Baroness Byford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 7 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill.

Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill

My Lords, the Minister indicated that the CRC would report, but we have never had a debate on the rural White Paper of 2000. Some of us are concerned that the matter will not come back to Parliament.
