Proceeding contribution from Jeremy Corbyn (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 3 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Terrorism Bill.
Terrorism Bill
If the Minister could send me a copy of his letter to the hon. Member for Buckingham (John Bercow), I should be very grateful. What reciprocity is there with any other country in the world that has sought universal jurisdiction for any offence committed under some form of terrorist legislation? How does the provision fit in with the normal extradition process?
