Proceeding contribution from Baroness Byford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 9 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commons Bill [HL].

Commons Bill [HL]

I presume that ““agricultural activities”” does not have a broader meaning; ““activities”” is not defined, whereas agricultural use and sustainable agriculture have been. I do not know whether the Government have any idea of what is included in the word ““activities””.
