Proceeding contribution from Lord Greaves (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 9 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commons Bill [HL].
Commons Bill [HL]
I have three amendments in this group: Amendments Nos. 158, 161A and 164, which return to the management of vegetation. Government Amendment No. 157 would delete the paragraph that defines specifically the management of heather, gorse, grass and other vegetation.
