Commons Bill [HL]
I, too, wish to refer to Amendment No. 171, which the Minister has not yet moved. I raised that point at Second Reading, so I am delighted that the Government have taken it on board. The amendment is more or less in the terms that I had in mind and I thank the Government for it.
