Proceeding contribution from Baroness Byford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 9 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commons Bill [HL].
Commons Bill [HL]
It is getting late and I fear we are becoming more confused. We will in due course turn to the Question whether the clause shall stand part of the Bill, so at this stage I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 191A not moved.] On Question, Whether Clause 34 shall stand part of the Bill?
