Proceeding contribution from Baroness Byford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 9 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commons Bill [HL].

Commons Bill [HL]

I am immensely grateful to the Minister. With regard to the Question whether the clause shall stand part, I echo the concerns expressed by the noble Lord, Lord Livsey. I suspect that we all need to look at Hansard very carefully before we come back on Report. However, I shall not be ungenerous in thanking the Minister for undertaking to consider my amendments.
