Proceeding contribution from Lord Evans of Temple Guiting (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 9 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL].
Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL]
My Lords, I am not shaking my head. I simply make the point—and I probably should not—that we discussed these matters very fully in Committee and at Second Reading. I really do not think that we need another lecture on them from the Liberal Democrats on Report.
