Welfare Reform and Incapacity Benefit
No, I wish to develop my argument and then I will take interventions. The starting point that we have is a Labour party which said that the number of claimants was far too high at 2.62 million and that it was an overwhelming priority of a Labour Government to reduce that figure by—it hoped—1 million. What has been achieved in the past eight years?
