Welfare Reform and Incapacity Benefit
It is always a pleasure to listen to the Minister—I say that in all seriousness—but we are entitled to be clear about the historical record. Is she saying that she was misquoted by The Herald in Glasgow in so far as she was alleged to have said"““we have done sweet nothing””," or is she simply saying that she is now embarrassed and has changed her mind? Which is it—I think we ought to be told?
