Proceeding contribution from Lord Roberts of Conwy (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 26 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL].
Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL]
I am grateful to the noble Lord for that reply and his reference to the provision in Clause 5. I tend to agree that the sort of details I was requesting are matters for regulation, but at least I have the satisfaction of having drawn the noble Lord’s attention to the kind of questions that arise. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
