Proceeding contribution from Lord Livsey of Talgarth (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 26 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL].

Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL]

I, too, welcome what the Minister has said, having had quite a bit of experience in cross-border situations. Some thought has gone into this; the views of the Welsh Affairs Committee have been respected. I am pleased about that because I know that some of its members were exercised by this point. On Question, amendment agreed to.
