moved Amendment No. 91:"Page 7, line 35, at end insert—" ““(   )   interview the older person in private in the presence of an independent advocate.”” The noble Lord said: We are concerned and exercised about the power of entry. We believe that it is necessary to be able to interview the older person in private, particularly with an advocate present, for the protection of that older person. It would give confidence to the person in such a situation because the advocate would ensure that there was a correct record of, for example, circumstances in the immediate past. There could be no dispute about what was said. That would ensure a fair hearing for the older person and the amendment would improve the Bill. I beg to move.
