moved Amendments Nos. 98 and 99:"Page 8, line 18, at end insert—" ““( ) provide that the Commissioner may make a joint report with the Children’s Commissioner for Wales where they have discharged their respective functions under this Act and the Care Standards Act 2000 (c. 14) in relation to the same matters; ( ) make provision about the publication of a report;”” Page 8, line 30, leave out subsection (6).
