Proceeding contribution from Lord Chorley (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 1 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commons Bill [HL].
Commons Bill [HL]
At Second Reading I drew attention to the problems that might arise in this part of the Bill. We have proposed two alternative solutions, though I imagine the Government will say that neither is satisfactory. I do not know which is better. I will listen to the Minister, but there is a problem regarding these small parcels of land that needs to be dealt with.
