moved Amendment No. 103:"Page 31, line 7, leave out paragraphs (a) to (c) and insert—" ““(a)   the land was, pursuant to an application made under section 4 of the 1965 Act, provisionally registered as a town or village green under that section on the basis of information supplied in the application; (b)   the provisional registration was not referred to a Commons Commissioner under section 5 of the 1965 Act; (c)   the provisional registration became final; and”” [Amendment No. 103A, as an amendment to Amendment No. 103, not moved.] On Question, Amendment No. 103 agreed to.
