Health Bill
Obviously, I have to accept your ruling, Madam Deputy Speaker. I have already made the basic point that I wanted to make. Will the Minister, in her closing remarks, give me a steer on whether the Government would be willing to consider an amendment along those lines? If they are reluctant to accept one, I would like further guidance from her on the ways and means by which I could bring the question to the Floor of the House in future debates.
