Identity Cards Bill
So the information could be provided in a murder case, but in one of the cases the noble Baroness mentioned before we had our much needed break, it would not be provided. It is a case of sometimes being given the information but not always. I shall be happy to withdraw the amendment. I shall read carefully what the noble Baroness said.
