But it will not happen to the Minister. I recall that in New South Wales a similar reform to that which we are discussing was introduced by the government. The Premier told me at the time that the best thing that ever happened was to see all the profit-making lawyers and non-lawyers suddenly receiving redundancy notices, because they had never added anything to the process. They had added cost, often at the expense of the victim. For anyone to give any credence to this nonsense demonstrates that perhaps we have got the small claims limit slightly out of kilter, and I am sure that the noble Baroness would never respond to the absurd over-reaction. But it demonstrates that there are differing views—some of which are understandable and some of which are incomprehensible. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
