Proceeding contribution from Baroness Noakes (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 26 January 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on National Insurance Contributions Bill.
National Insurance Contributions Bill
It is a very long time since I have practised anything remotely resembling tax law. Will the Minister outline code of practice 10? Will he say a little more about in what circumstances an employer could approach HMRC for clearance or advice that could be relied on in relation to a specific set of proposals on the remuneration of employees?
