Proceeding contribution from Lord Clinton-Davis (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 6 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
Would my noble friend Lord Lea be satisfied if the Government were to put their policy in print rather than include it in any statute? He has made an important point and I do not know whether my noble and learned friend has dealt with it adequately. I should like the Government to say something about the issue to which my noble friend has drawn attention.
