Company Law Reform Bill
I am grateful to the noble Lord, Lord Grabiner, for those helpful remarks, which bear further thought. We might return to this at an appropriate stage, bearing in mind what the noble Lord, Lord Wedderburn, suggested. On Amendment No. 176, the Attorney-General’s logic is impeccable. I accept what he said. Therefore, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 177 not moved.] Clause 161 agreed to. Clause 162 [Civil consequences of breach of general duties]:
