Health Bill

I knew that it was a mistake to give way to the hon. Gentleman. I was nervous about doing so. I am not entirely sure that his point has any relevance to the issue of smoking. What worries me about the Bill is this: where will it stop? Where will it lead to? The health fascists and the zealots will not stop here—they will carry on until they have banned everybody from smoking and from eating fish and chips. There are an awful lot of dangerous jobs out there. Are we going to ban people from doing any of them? I understand that it is very dangerous to join the Army. Perhaps we will ban people from doing that.
