Proceeding contribution from Lord Glentoran (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 15 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Bill.
London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Bill
I am not of legal mind, unlike other Members of the Committee, and have attempted to listen to this discussion with common sense. I still feel that the argument has not been made by the Minister. In fact, I feel that he has made his own argument for accepting the amendment.
