Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
We can deal with this very quickly. Government Amendment No. 300T removes Clause 314(3), which contains the offending reference to ““statement”” instead of ““resolution””. This is replaced under Amendment No. 302 by a new clause dealing with the expenses of circulating a resolution for public company AGMs. I thank the noble Lord for drawing our attention to this, but the amendment is unnecessary because the subsection is no longer there.
