My Lords, I am utterly depressed that I have been unable to stimulate critical examination. Her Majesty’s Government are aware that there has been a slight delay in applying this legislation and these issues to Scotland in the same way as with the rest of the United Kingdom, but I am delighted that I have been able to reassure the House on all points. On Question, Motion agreed to.
