Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

I thank the noble Lords, Lord Sharman and Lord Razzall, for bringing Amendments Nos. A198 and A203 to our attention. We are happy to accept them. I shall speak also to Amendment No. A199. The amendment is consequential to the changes in the 1985 Act provided by Clause 554, which we agreed to in the course of our discussions on share capital under Part 19. On Question, amendment agreed to.
