Proceeding contribution from Lord Hodgson of Astley Abbotts (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 30 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].

Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

moved Amendment No. A203A:"Page 357, line 9, leave out ““754”” and insert ““755””" The noble Lord said: This simple typographical error was brought to our attention by the Law Society. We argue that the subsection should read:"““The provisions of sections 750 to 755””," as opposed to ““750 to 754””. I beg to move.
