Proceeding contribution from Lord Hodgson of Astley Abbotts (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 30 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
In the spirit of candour, the numbering is so overwhelming me at the moment that I was not able to listen with sufficient care to what the Minister said, so I will have to read it carefully in Hansard. I have no doubt that his arguments will have been compelling and persuasive, as they always are. When I have had a chance to read them, I will perhaps wish to return.
