moved Amendment No. A209B:"Page 359, line 31, after ““Kingdom”” insert ““or overseas””" The noble Lord said: This is a Law Society issue. Clause 755 does not contain any provisions dealing with deemed delivery to non-UK addresses. The same deemed delivery period should apply to these addresses, and the amendment seeks to achieve this by inserting the words ““or overseas””. I beg to move.
