moved Amendment No. A215:"Before Clause 766, insert the following new clause—" ““REFERENCES TO REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ACT    References in the company law provisions of this Act to the requirements of this Act include the requirements of regulations and orders made under it.”” The noble Lord said: Government Amendment No. A215 provides that references in the company law provisions of the Bill to,"““the requirements of this Act””" should include the requirements of regulations and orders made under the Bill. It is clearly sensible to make this drafting amendment and I hope that noble Lords will have no objection to it. I beg to move. On Question, amendment agreed to.
