moved Amendment No. A225B: "Page 366, line 25, leave out ““memorandum””" The noble Lord said: In speaking to this amendment, I shall speak also to Amendments Nos. A225C and A225D. These amendments remove references to companies’ memoranda of association from this clause, bringing the wording of this clause into line with the status of memoranda under the Bill as a whole. I beg to move.
