Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
We have no difficulty with this group of amendments. We were hoping that the Government might seek to oppose our removal of ““memorandum”” in an earlier amendment, in which case we would have had a great deal of pleasure in pointing them at this group. The Minister managed to avoid falling into our heffalump trap. On Question, amendment agreed to.
