The noble Baroness said that these were minor issues and that this was a matter of proportionality. Do I understand from that that there is some point at which she thinks particularly important issues should be on the face of the Bill? My question to her is whether the family home—the domestic residence—is something of sufficient importance to be on the face of the Bill. In that light, I hope very much that she would support the noble Lord and me. Our amendment is clear; it talks about ““a private dwelling””, which seems to me not to be a minor issue.
