Proceeding contribution from Lord Naseby (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 20 April 2006. It occurred during Committee proceeding and Debate on bill on Health Bill.

Health Bill

I would be grateful if the Minister would write. The Committee will look at the information with considerable care. However, on that basis, with people smoking in the open air we would all be falling over dead within a few weeks. We need a little more substance to this. I return to the issue that modern working is quite often on a job share or hot-desking basis. We need some sensible arrangements for modern working. I dare say that we will return to this at Report so, with the leave of the Committee, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
