Proceeding contribution from Baroness Walmsley (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 25 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Work and Families Bill 2005-06.

Work and Families Bill

My Lords, I am convinced by the appropriateness and adequateness of the roll-out period proposed by the Government, and I am attracted by the simplicity of the arrangements. Therefore, I regret that I cannot support the amendment.
