Army Barracks (Deaths)
Does the hon. Gentleman agree that, had the care, communication and co-operation between different services that Mr. Blake outlines in his report been fully in place at the time when our constituents' children died at Deepcut, we would be in a better position now? Does he acknowledge that there has been any progress in the Army, particularly on the care and communication front?
