: With respect to the hon. Gentleman, from conversations I have had with families, it is clear that sometimes we will never know what happened to their children. That is a hard fact that we may have to face. Does the hon. Gentleman think a public inquiry at this distance in time could achieve all that he is claiming it could achieve?
