Army Barracks (Deaths)

: I understand the hon. Gentleman's point, but does he accept that self-harm is quite prevalent among young people in this country? The issue for those of us who have campaigned about the Deepcut Army barracks does not relate to the individual problems of a particular recruit, but to the fact that there still seems to be secrecy surrounding the facts relating to the four deaths that took place there. In our judgment at least, a degree of cover-up of the facts is still involved.
