Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Bill [HL]

I thank the Minister for his reply. All I can say is that I hope that the online service comes on-stream as soon as possible and that the computer system works properly when it does. I am concerned about those who do not have their own computer or the computer skills to be able to check online. But I am very pleased to say how much I admire the service provided by local libraries where they have computers available and training and instruction in how to use them. We hope that that sort of service will fill the gap for those who have neither the hardware nor the skill to do checks online.
